This villa, located in Saint-Germain-d'Esteuil, is ideal for 12 vacationers. It offers 6 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 June to 30 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a Hi-Fi, a DVD player, a CD player and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The villa has 6 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including 2 single beds, and 5 including a double bed, The 3 bathrooms are fitted with a bathtub and a toilet.
The villa features a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, ironing equipment, a washing machine and a jacuzzi.
Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 200 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
