In just a 5-minute drive, you’ll be at the beach, the market, or the golf course.<br>The garden has a serene atmosphere, the pool adjoins the large terrace (over 30 m²), and the hot tub… everything is designed to help you enjoy a wonderful vacation.<br>Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a walk-in closet. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the four-poster beds are equipped with cotton mosquito nets.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The villa can be rented with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 guests at a rate of 180€ per night, or with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests at a rate of 200€ per night.<br>Guest Access<br>The entire first floor is at your disposal, with a 3-car indoor parking area in the villa featuring an automatic gate.
