Saint-Firmin-sur-Loire is a charming commune located in the Loiret department of France. Nestled on the banks of the Loire River, it offers a magnificent natural setting with its river landscapes, lush meadows, and panoramic views of the river.
The region is full of interesting historical sites. The 11th-century Saint-Firmin Church is an impressive example of Romanesque architecture. The nearby Château de La Bussière, the Mantelot Locks, and the Briare Canal are also must-sees for history buffs.

The Gîte du Pozoir is ideally located on the edge of a 150-hectare forest estate, less than 4 kilometers from the banks of the Loire, a 20-minute bike ride from the "Loire à Vélo" route along the Briare Canal, and a 20-minute drive from the A77 motorway (exit 20 Briare / Chatillon sur Loire). Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Loiret region, combining relaxation, culture, and nature.

Whether for a relaxing getaway, a cultural exploration, or an outdoor adventure, you'll find everything you need for an authentic experience in the heart of the Loiret region around the Gîte du Pozoir. The Gîte Le Grand Pozoir, which sleeps 6, is located on the upper floor of the house. It features a beautiful living area with a lounge, dining room, and open kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and its en-suite bathroom and private toilet, a separate bathroom, a separate toilet, and on the second floor (open to the staircase), a bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds.
It has a separate entrance via an exterior staircase from the courtyard and is equipped with a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue next to the lake.

Each gîte has a private terrace, a shared garden, and private parking in front of the property.
An interior staircase connects the two gîtes, locked by a gate. A 40m² room for 30 people is available on site.

All-inclusive rate: sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, towels provided, and heating included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning fee.
