House ideal for family vacations, enclosed grounds of 1000m2

Traditional style single storey family house 500 m / 6 minutes walk from the beach, the harbour and the market place of Saint Denis d'Oléron. It has been partly renovated, with new beds and mattresses, newly painted bedrooms, new bathrooms and windows.
The main entrance is through a French window into the big living room - dining room. The sleeping area has toilets, 3 small bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen, currently under renovation (to be finished by March 2024) also has access to the garden, near the barbecue. A small extra room is adjoining the dining room, with a connecting door to the garage and to the inner courtyard.
Sanitary facilities: 2 bathrooms with shower and washbasin, 1 bathroom with shower, toilets and washbasin (new in 2022), separate toilet.
Large and closed garden, without vis-à-vis, with the possibility of parking cars. One-way street, cycling paths.
Animals welcome.
End of stay cleaning and bedlinen
Extra cleaning for longer staying guests optional.
In July and August, because of trafic jams in the island on Saturdays, arrivals and leavings take place on Sundays.
