Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, perfect for sharing moments of relaxation in the open air. The garden furniture as well as the barbecue will allow you to savour good convivial meals on beautiful sunny days.



Inside, you will enter directly into a beautiful warm and welcoming living space. The lounge area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a television, invites you to relax after a day of exploration. On the other side of the room, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 4 guests to share your meals in a convivial atmosphere. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster as well as everything you need to cook as at home.



On the sleeping side, the house has 2 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190)

- Bedroom 2 (first floor): a double bed (140x190)



A bathroom equipped with a bath, shower and hairdryer is at your disposal on the ground floor, as well as a separate WC.



Two parking spaces are available in the garden, secured by a gate.



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine.
