2 Bed Holiday Villa - Sleeps 4 - 800m from Beach

800 meters from the beach, our little 2 bed villa is situated in a quiet area of Saint Cyprien Plage, and makes an ideal base for a beach holiday or to explore the surrounding areas.
During the summer, Saint Cyprien is a busy seaside town with a wide range of activities to suit the whole family.
Regular Markets take place at the sea front and the port and over 6km of beach allows plenty of space for sunbathing, swimming and water sports.

To the back of the villa, Bedroom One has a double bed, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe for visitors use. Bedroom Two is on the mezzanine also with a double bed and bedside cabinet.
**PLEASE NOTE that the mezzanine has a very low ceiling so being able to slide into bed is essential! **

In the kitchen area, there is a Slim Line Dishwasher, Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer
and a washing machine is situated in the bathroom.
The bathroom consists of a shower and hand basin alongside a separate WC.

The lounge comes equipped with Cable TV, a DVD Player and internet connection for visitors convenience.
Air conditioning has been installed to keep things cool during the summer months.

To the rear of the villa is a covered area with a Mini Oven for outdoor dining. This leads onto the east facing garden which has the sun for most of the day and is ideal for a cold glass of something as the sun goes down.
To the front is a small driveway which will take a small / medium car or alternatively there is on street parking.
