Are you looking for a relaxing getaway to relax? Welcome to the Bruisse cottage, located on the edge of a wood, quiet and surrounded by greenery, in the immediate vicinity of the small town of Saint-Brieuc-des-Iffs.

Our old barn was completely renovated by us two years ago. It is spacious, bright and comfortable and with beautiful oak parquet flooring in all rooms.
The bedding is new and of high quality to guarantee you a good night's sleep.

The house can comfortably accommodate families and friends, 8 people. On the first floor, there is a dining room with a stove and a bedroom with its bathroom which is fitted out to be accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed 160X200cm as well as a second bedroom with a double bed 160X200cm and a single bed 90X200cm. A third small bedroom consists of a single bed 90X200cm closed with a thick curtain
For families with young children, two travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Everyone will be able to enjoy their space and take the time to relax. Books and games available. On sunny days, the garden and terrace are perfect for having breakfast outside, having lunch, drinking a coffee or simply enjoying the calm.
The forest is right next to the house. It is pleasant for a short walk and brings a welcome coolness on hot days.

The house is located about 20 minutes from Rennes and 35 minutes from Saint-Malo, which makes it easy to discover several must-see places in the region: Dinan, Dinard, Rennes, Saint-Malo or Mont-Saint-Michel.

Fitness and cycling enthusiasts will also find beautiful routes nearby. It is possible to walk to the castle of Montmuran, or to cycle along the greenways and along the Ille-et-Rance canal, with its locks and quiet paths.

The cottage is 8 km from Bécherel, it is a small stopover not to be missed for book lovers, but also for hikers and heritage lovers. (book market every 1st Sunday of the month, book festival at Easter...)
