1 master bedroom with double bed, adjoining shower room and wc (private) + storage
2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (can be put together), bedside tables, wardrobes and cupboards
1 folding baby bed (on request)
1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet
Blackout blinds and mosquito nets for sleeping areas as well as heaters in all rooms

With the bedding we provide duvets, pillows, mattress covers, blankets and bath mats
Sheets and towels are not included in the service (Remember to include them in your luggage) or for more comfort we offer our new service

This option is to be defined at the time of booking and will be paid for upon delivery.

RESERVATION with CONTRACT

30% deposit to validate the reservation and the balance 15 days before your arrival
2 deposit checks will be required upon delivery of entry keys
1 400 Euros check (not cashed) to cover any material damage
1 Check of 70 Euros (not cashed) used if the cleaning is incorrect

The return of these checks will be done immediately after the inventory of fixtures of exit, if all is correct

You will be asked for a certificate of resort insurance during the inventory of fixtures that precedes the delivery of the key

For weekly rentals, arrival will be on Saturday at 2 p.m. and departure on the following Saturday at 11 a.m.
