Hôtel près de Sahad Stores Head Quarters (Abuja)

« Excellent hotel with an amazing staff. Very modern design and well maintained. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen at a hotel . My only issue was , I saw a roach in my room. At this price point, that’s not something you would expect to see. They need to exterminate the place. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. The food was also excellent, »

« Nice hotel with mostly friendly staff who smile and make you feel welcome. Rooms are ok with comfy bed and hot shower. WiFi also fast enough. One thing need to stop doing is making you feel like some kind of villain on the way out by insisting to check not stolen anything from the room!! Jeez….Don’t also insist all hotels do it (they don’t) and if going to do it, better make sure a list present for what in the room when arrive!!! »

« The room was fine but there is not really any hotel structure like lobby and the gym was tiny and not so well equipped. There is little in walking distance from the hotel. Friendly people though! »

« Attention to detail was top notch. Impeccable esthetics! »

« The rooms were nice and clean, but customer service is non existent!! The breakfast was okay. »

« Not worth the price. There was a cockroach in my room on the first night. Water from the shower leaks out to the rest of the bathroom and living room when one takes a shower. The security guards from the parking lot had my go to the guards at the reception to pass my purse through the scanner because I went to the parking lot and returned after a few minutes. They asked one if my guests to return to their posts to get checked because they weren't there when he walked through. After waiting for a...

« Belle chambre bien comfortable avec beaucoup d'espace. »

« Located and close to a lot of interesting sites in the City. Everywhere is within 20 mins of Uber ride! Loved it! »

« There was no running water for the first 24h. This is really bad. It was already known before yhe checkin but the reception did not warn about it. The breakfast was extremely Nigerian, could not eat anything since too spicy. »

« I booked online with Hotels.com and when I arrived to check-in they told me that my room wouldn't be available and that it was being fumigated. They didn't offer me another room, they didn't offer me a refund, nor did they try to help me book another room somewhere else. I arrived around midnight and had to try and find alternate arrangements in the middle of then night (I am a female and was traveling alone). Totally unacceptable. They didn't even send me aessagd in advance to let me know. »

« Overall a clean and serene space. »

« Tres bien, satisfait »
