Location, location, location. Restaurants & Attractions walkable. Enjoy renting this 1950’s themed historic homestead with all the modern bells and whistles.
During your stay at the Rupprecht Haus you are able to book Full Day passes at a 15% Discount or Half Day Passes at a 10% Discount for the Bavarian Blast Waterpark.
There are 4 bedrooms that sleep 11 people comfortably and 2 beautiful, spacious full bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub) with a total of 5 TVs.
The kitchen has 1950’s Retro looking appliances (with the comfort of today's appliances) in the traditional baby-blue colors with pink walls and black & white tile floors. Kitchen pots, pans, blender, crock pot, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dish soap, paper towels, etc are provided in addition to service for 24 people. The main level has the master king bedroom and a secondary queen bedroom.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a pull-out Futon, and a family/play room with TV, tables, chairs, games and a PlayStation. The former Summer Kitchen located adjacent to the home has been turned into a recreation room complete with a combination poker & bumper pool table, classic Coca-Cola refrigerator, AC/Heat, and 55 inch TV.
The outside porch, complete with an old fashioned swing for two, allows for great people watching being right on Main Street. This Rupprecht Homestead is just two buildings South of Frankenmuth River Place Shops, less than a 2 minute walk. Five designated parking spots at the home allows you to keep your car in one place as you walk through beautiful downtown Frankenmuth, of which you are located in the heart of. If you decide to drive, everything in town is within a 10 minute drive. The popular Birch Run Outlet Mall is approximately a 15 minute drive.
This house is ideal for families or groups of adults looking for a "get-a-way". Enjoy the charm of this transformed 1950’s home and of Frankenmuth "Michigan's Little Bavaria" to see why it is the leading tourist destination within the state of Michigan. After staying in the Rupprecht Homestead, you won't want to stay anywhere else in Frankenmuth.

The house was FANTASTIC! The decor was terrific! Lots of fun details to look at/through. Each room was wonderful giving our family their own space and then wonderful family spaces for us to be together. Walking distance to the River Place shops and more on Main St. Vickie, the host, was easy to get in touch with and very responsive at all times. Will certainly want to stay here again if we head to Frakenmuth!

The house exceeded its expectations… I loved the decor and most importantly it was very clean.. It was nicely decorated for Christmas as my family spent Christmas Eve and part of Christmas Day.. The house is right in the heart of the shops and restaurants literally walking distance to everything.. The host was accessible and friendly.. It was just what I needed… Perhaps a new Christmas tradition for me and my family!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

This home is in a great location, easy to walk downtown to everything. We found the space to be very comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of parking right next to the house. The summer kitchen area is great for game nights. I was happy to see fans available in the upstairs bedrooms. This really helped when it felt a little warm up there. Overall, this is a great home for a larger group or family. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.Of note: Vickie is really great to work with and quick to respond if needed. She made our stay outstanding!

Frankenmuth Fun
House was older, but charming. Very clean and well kept. Also great location to walk to downtown Frankenmuth which was a plus during Winterfest when driving is difficult. Only complaint might be lots of traffic even at night so it’s not real quiet to sleep. Would suggest curtains in upstairs bedrooms to help block out city lights. The blinds on the windows were not enough.
