The Studio Waterfront has a bedroom with a double bed and a small kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a hotplate with two hobs, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. Air conditioning with cooling and heating function ensures a pleasant climate.



A small terrace with garden furniture offers the best opportunities to experience the clear island air and harbor cinema. Nestled in the nature reserve around the Great Jasmund Bodden and ideally located in the northern part of the island of Rügen, the vacation property is situated in a sheltered location in the Martinshafen marina. Let your gaze wander over the magnificent landscape with Bodden, reeds and forest or enjoy a bottle of wine with a view of the sunset at the end of an eventful vacation day. More vacation near the water is not possible. With plenty of unspoiled nature, water views and a small stretch of beach right by the harbor. Enjoy relaxing hours. The larger towns of Sassnitz and Bergen are just a few minutes away by car. The existing small harbor bistro offers a wonderful view of the harbor and the Jasmund Bodden and has a sun terrace. The area is ideal as a starting point for exploring the island and for cycling. Various activities on the water are just waiting to be discovered. Fantastic long fine sandy beaches on the Schaabe are just a short trip away on the cycle path. You can also plan a trip to Stralsund, whose main train station and harbor are within easy reach.
