« The breakfast hot items were empty at 8am. Staff had to be asked to refill, which was done in a friendly manner, but only minimally. Coffee was also empty in the breakfast room though there was coffee in the lobby. »

« Hotel and room were very clean, hot tub was hot, emergency stop button for hot tub broke, breakfast was hot and very good assortment cept could have used fresh fruit. Staff were just ok, not overly friendly but were ok! »

« The entire building has the converted warehouse/industrial feel and the room was the same. It was clean with a small balcony and mini fridge. Staff at all of the shops were very friendly and helpful. »

« The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. »

« Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine »

« Not recommended. Run down. I actually left in the middle of the night due to the partying outside of my window. I was on the 1st floor. The place smelled like a sewer. I initially booked it because it was cheap and I was there to be near the hospital for my family. Do not recommend. Would love my refund of $99 because I left in the middle of the night. However the guy up front with no teeth yelled at me and refused to give me my money back. »

« The air conditioning worked great, shower had great water pressure and heat. Breakfast was delicious with waffles and a great option of toppings. The pool was very clean and warm. The gym however was nonexistent. They use the room for storage and have a pedal bike woth no pedals jammed in next to the vending machines. »

« I chose the property because I needed a cheap place to stay before my flight. This wasn’t worth half the rate. Basic cleanliness and safety amenities are lacking. The shower curtains and refrigerator had visible mildew. The bedspreads have cigarette burn marks. Door latch had been wrenched from its bracket and was hanging loosely from its hinges. Trash had been left in the closet. The entire building smells of cigarette smoke and mold. I am not a picky traveler - I regularly stay in budget...
