You live right next to the small, idyllic harbor of Neuendorf/Saal, which is located on the east bank of the Saaler Bodden. There is a snack bar here for a quick portion of chips in between. Along the coast of the Saaler and Barther Bodden there are small towns and villages with maritime charm and the calm waters are an ideal area for water sports enthusiasts. By the way, you are sure to get the Zeesen boats in front of your camera here, the wooden fishing boats with the rust-brown sails. And in just a few minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea by car.

Activities nearby: How about a nostalgic excursion in the neighboring waters? On the authentic Mississippi steamer Baltic Star you can take a varied tour along the Peene River to the Bodstedt Bodden and back. On board you can enjoy drinks and freshly smoked fish as well as entertaining and maritime stories from the captain. If you prefer to travel on dry land, you can go on wonderful bike tours on the extensive cycle path network of Fischland-Darß-Zingst or go around the Bodden.
