Beautiful villa set in a lovely landscaped garden located in the residential area of Crestatx (4 km from Sa Pobla) between the famous towns of Pollença and Alcudia.

The garden is large—3,450 m²—partly landscaped, partly lawn, and partly wooded.

It surrounds an 11-meter by 6-meter pool and a hot tub, which can be heated upon request (at least one week before arrival) and are child-safe for young children. A gas grill is available. All of these features blend seamlessly into this peaceful, lush, and colorful landscape, offering the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation.

The house consists of three levels: two main floors and a basement.

On the first floor, you’ll find a beautiful entryway with the staircase, a living-dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a walk-in closet, a guest restroom, and a covered balcony terrace surrounding the living room.

The kitchen area is well-equipped with two fridge-freezers, two dishwashers, a washing machine, a large induction cooktop, an electric oven, and a microwave.

Tableware and cookware are provided for approximately 16 people.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms (one of which has two balconies overlooking the garden), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bathroom with a shower.

Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed as desired.

The 75-square-meter basement features a large game room with a pool table, a card table, a workstation with a computer monitor, a small secondary living area with a television, and a fully equipped bar for leisurely evenings.

Adjacent to this room are the large garage and a restroom.

The garage also features a large fridge-freezer, another washing machine, a dryer, and a ping-pong table that will delight both children and adults.

The house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning, oil-fired central heating, three televisions with international channels, and Wi-Fi, and is located in an upscale residential neighborhood.

Pets are allowed upon request.

The beaches of Puerto Pollença, Cala St Vicente, Alcudía, and Playa de Muro are less than a 20-minute drive away.

The nearest towns with shops are Sa Pobla (4 km), Pollença (9 km), and Alcudia (12 km), all accessible via quick and easy roads.

A car is required. Two parking spaces are available on the property, with additional spaces nearby. Bicycles can be parked in the lockable garage.
