« Le resort est très grand et joli. Sûrement très agréable l’hiver. La piscine à vagues était ok, mais les bains chauds décevants. Il faut faire les activités comme le carrousel et le shopping le soir car ce n’est pas ouvert avant midi ou 13:00, donc après le check-out. La chambre de style japonaise était très petite et les futons trop minces. »

« Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious! »

« One if our best stay in Japan! The onsen were just the best! Room was spacious, beds extremely comfortable and the yukatas too! Huge breakfast buffet with tons of choices. Hotel is well located as well. The only downside was the inability to do laundry, had to go across the street in a damp and hot basement to use old machines with no soap. »
