'Very clean and new'

'This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! 'Very nice hotel, in the city centre, near the People’s Square Subway that has several lines + at night we craved a lot so in the cozy small streets we always could find open restaurants, real old school Chinese vibes! Thank you everyone, specially Tristan and her dear colleagues❤️ we were daily also using the Fitness place which had everything! The main reason for choosing this hotel was the Location, fitness and nice comfy rooms. Probably next visit Shanghai will be again in this Location!

'Really good hotel. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many 5 star hotels but this one is surely in my top 3. The staff is just really very welcoming and treats you like a king. Rooms are big and very clean and complete. Strongly recommend this fabulous hotel! '

'Geweldig hotel, fantastische plek, heerlijk ontbijt'

'Mooi hotel, goede locatie. Goed ontbijt.'

'Great location, clean big rooms, English speaking staff. It was everything I needed.'
