'The construction right below our room until after 9:30pm was aweful. I'm surprised we weren't at least placed in a room further from the construction. Hot tub was brown, not at all like the photos. The room was clean so that met expectations.'

'The room was as described and met our needs. We found it very handy to have a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the parking lot, in addition to the regular door opening to the hallway, so that we were able to bring our dog in and out without encountering any other guests. It was also handy that the refrigerator was basically double the size of a mini fridge. My only suggestion would be to have more vegan options in the complementary breakfast buffet. '

'This property was definitely on the older side and could use some renos. All of the towels in my room were stained, and the kleenex boxes left empty. I don't think one single staff member greeted me during the 3 nights I stayed there. They just sat behind the desk or walked about but never said hello or even smiled. '

'It's a great B&B. However, expedia does NOT tell you that if you check in outside of normal hours (3-6pm) you need an appointment because it is run by an actual host. Just call and schedule your arrival with them! Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.'

Our hosts were very kind, and put generous effort into providing delicious breakfasts, giving suggestions about local attractions, and allowing us as much or as little cat time as we wanted. 'This Viking Village is fantastic. There is so much eye for details, you really enter a different world. We had a great time there and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The house has everything you need, and is very comfortable. The guide inside the house with tips and suggestions for visiting and eating/drinking in the area is very comprehensive and helpful. Do not mis this place when you are in the area. '
