'Our original plans outsidr Lumbini were thwarted and Hotels.com kindly changed us to this Perfect location right beside Buddha’s birthplace. The restaurant and staff were a highlight, the lodgings lovely and the surroundings delightful. Highly recommended!'

'The property manger Sameer made our trip so comfortable and pleasant . He went out of his way to provide us excellent information about nearby places to visit and have food . He even provided us with brunch !!! Such an hospitality is rare to find . The place was clean but little noisy during the early hours due to arrival of pilgrims. '

'We were located in an appartement. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Note that the cottages are a bit smaller and older. The garden is large, however could be further developed to create a more intimate setting. The dinning room is ok, although sometimes a bit damp. We preferred to sit outside (nice temperaturs during early November). Areas of improvement are the wifi (not always a good connection) and creating the possibility to pay with euro's as according to one of the...

'Excellent location'

'The location and overall appearance of the hotel is good. However, the room we stayed (first room on second floor) had a couple of dozen bugs in the room. We had to turn the lights in the room off and left only the bathroom lights on during the night hoping to attract bug away from us. We also had to use towels to block the bottom of our door to prevent more bugs from coming in from the hallway. Next morning we found a lot of dead bugs right outside of our room which was a horrible scene....

'Super surprised by our stay at Moyura Hotel, we had a lovely stay and all the staff were super helpful. First the room were the best we've had Nepal, especially at this price point. It was huge, squeaky clean with great facilities and an awesome shower. The restaurant was also a lovely suprise. Big thanks to Krishna Thapa who was working in the restaurant. We asked for all of dishes to be changed to be suitable for vegans, and he made what could have been a challanging order really simple....
