'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had requested an ADA compliant room with wheelchair access shower, and we got exactly what we asked for. When we arrived, we asked for extra towel because we didn't want room service during our short stay, and they were placed in our room before we arrived in our room a few minutes later. We were able to park close to the door closest to our room, which was convenient. Great staff and great service.'
