'there wasn't anything that we didn't like. we didn't use the sauna'

'the Marriot side of the property was in nedof repair. Furniture shoddy in the rooms, microwave missing, coffee machiine and hair dryer old, out of date. Washcloths ragged. I stayed there because the Tucson medical Center said it was closeby.'

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'Older hotel but pretty clean, staff extremely friendly. Hot water is not great nor were the pillows. Housekeeping does not come every day but you can still get more towels etc… Internet goes in and out but plenty of parking and really close to airport.'

'Found a live scorpion in the bathroom and unable to get it out. took two days to have maintenance seal the gap. Then they were reluctant to clean the room afterwards. won't stay there again.'

'The staff is lazy, we had to call 5 times for a shuttle, they wouldnt even answer the phone. Old dirty pair of mens socks left in our room, front desk Nathan said, o sorry it hapoens all the time, had to wait an hour for towels, went to desk for towels and was told no, we had to wait at room. For 200 bucks a night, service was horrible. Won't be returning.'

'Muy bien todo muy atentos y muy limpio todo'

'Room was clean and good sized. Towels good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than expected with a large variety of options including 2 sizes of make your own waffles. Interesting that the 2-floor hotel has 100 through 400 numbered rooms on all floors, but dedicates odd numbers rooms on the first floor and even ones on the second floor.'

'De hoofd locatie was erg mooi. De gangen naar de kamers waren donker en met vloerbedekking wat onhandig was met koffers. De deur naar het toilet kon niet dicht. Verder was de kamer prima en buiten was alles mooi verzorgd. Bij het zwembad kreeg je flesjes water. Een prima locatie om even tot rust te komen.'

'Convenient to the airport. Staff assigned Expedia room next to elevator. Staff did not coordinate between shifts causing problem with face-to-face extension of stay from day prior.'
