'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'Honestly for being a casino hotel you would think you could walk out your hotel room door and be right there at the casino but nope it's like a quarter of a mile walk around the building, and if you choose to walk through the inside watch out for giant roaches. I'm sure there still there since staff said it will get handled the next day. And funny expect a heads up that there pool is shut down. They won't verbally tell u until after they charge you. 'We had a room with a very noisy fridge and neighbors. Room itself was OK and clean.'

'De hoofd locatie was erg mooi. De gangen naar de kamers waren donker en met vloerbedekking wat onhandig was met koffers. De deur naar het toilet kon niet dicht. 'When we open the hide of bed, we found what looked like maybe a bee and some other bugs inside the sheets we immediately just folded it back up and put the cushions on the sofa and had no one go near it. Made for an uncomfortable stay wondering about the situation of our queen beds. Didn’t see anything in the sheets or behind the mattress.
