'Great sray'

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'The staff was very nice and courteous. The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was fresh and good tasting. I can and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.'

'Had very nice stay, except for the fire alarm and I didn’t know how to handicapped downstairs to ground floor. Directional signage could use some clarity (inside and outside)'

'De hoofd locatie was erg mooi. De gangen naar de kamers waren donker en met vloerbedekking wat onhandig was met koffers. De deur naar het toilet kon niet dicht. Verder was de kamer prima en buiten was alles mooi verzorgd. Bij het zwembad kreeg je flesjes water. Een prima locatie om even tot rust te komen.'
