'View was absolutely amazing'

'The property was amazing. The villa is better than advertised. Plenty of space inside and out. But better than the actual villa was the staff and management. They catered to every need, want or thought we had throughout the entire process from planning to being on site at the house. Simply amazing. They were truly insightful, resourceful and ended up being an extension of our family. '

'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge. There is a restaurant on the premisses, and a big supermarket, post office and some...

'I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!'

'The food at Il Forno was excellent! Everyone was friendly and lovely, but they seemed understaffed. The pool area is nice, but the pool is small. Room was cleaned extraordinarily well every day and we were impressed with how quiet the rooms are. The beach area has chairs and umbrellas, but there are two large construction projects going on in the adjoining area, so it’s not as pleasant as it could be if that wasn’t going on. The beach was clean, but it wasn’t as beautiful as the beaches closer...

'The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.'

'Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...

'Close walk to the beach, air conditioner was amazing!'

'Excellent.'

'Breakfast was average. It was decent, but there is room for improvement, especially in the variety and selection of options.'

'This resort was classy top to bottom. The room and the turn down service were impeccable, the service at bars and restaurants was excellent, the food was stellar and you cannot beat the Grace Bay beach and the Palms pool if you wanted a break from the sun at the beach. We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We left talking about the next time we can come back and stay.'
