'Muy mal servicio mi reservación la tenía desde el domingo al salir el martes cuando llegó a hacer check-in estaba cerrado el domingo no había ningún teléfono para comunicarme con ello y tenían que estar enviarme un código el cual no lo resivi hasta el lunes Tuve que hacer otra reservación en otro hotel el lunes pasé por este hotel y tuve muy mala experiencia y pésima actitud y muy mal comportamiento de parte del personal no lo recomiendo .'

'We enjoyed the property and the location was great. Not far of a walk to the plaza (under a mile). Great dining location nearby. Parking was tight for a truck, but we found a good parking spot. 'Do not book here. We booked same day and were traveling to Chicago from the east coast by car. I’m sure it’s normal to ask for a security deposit while booking but they sent us a message while we were on the road after our booking had already been confirmed. We were driving across the country and not checking our messages — they sent a message saying they would cancel our booking if we didn’t send the $300 deposit within an hour.
