'The hotel location is amazing But the checkoyt is abit early its on 10:00 am its so early there is no 24/24 reception service otherwise its clean and good and the best is the location👍'

'first the communication was very bad , i ask for blanket or extra sheet , they rejected because it was warm outside after al long conversation about it that they finally accepted to bring blanket , they told as every four days they send housekeeper to clean and replace the towel , bring tolilet paper, but they didnt . so at the end we were shocked. 'More transparency. The heating was an issue. Got sorted in the end. Photos of the building where the flat is located - there should be pictures of it on the listing. As it's an old building and it can be missleading based only on the existing pictures on the listing. There should be someone available 24/7 for when needed. It is a guest accomodation afterall. The location above the restaurant/bar/club, woth mentioning that partirs can and eill occur and the flat will be very noisy and...
