Parking & Community Rules

This home is located in a deed-restricted community with strict enforcement policies. Parking is allowed only in the driveway/garage. No parking on the street or grass is permitted under any circumstances.



Pet Fees- $35 Pet Dog/Per Night (No Size Limit)

(Capped @ $250/per dog for up to 30 days!) The fee will be requested through Airbnb after booking.



*Parking - Due to very strict HOA rules parking is available in the garage and on the driveway only. Parking on the street or in the grass is strictly prohibited and can result in large fines. Additionally, there are also no trailers, commercial trucks or boat parking allowed. There will be a $500 fine for any guests in violation of this rule.



*Check-out time: Please be aware that check-out time is promptly at 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. This allows us to prepare the space for our next guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for everyone. If you require any special arrangements, please let us know in advance. Thank you!



*Maximum Occupancy: 10 Guests. We kindly ask that only the individuals included in your reservation be allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests or visitors are not permitted, without prior approval. There will be an additional charge of $50/per unauthorized guest per night.



*Swimming Pool - Please rinse off any sand or debris before entering the pool. This helps keep the water clear and pleasant for all guests and will avoid excessive pool cleaning fees. Pool service is scheduled for Monday, so please make sure the screen door remains unlocked on that day to allow the maintenance team access to the pool area.



*Noise - Quiet hours: 7am-10pm - No loud music, parties or other events, this will result in immediate eviction from the home. Be respectful of neighbors and their property. Avoid unnecessary noise and disturbances.



*Smoking - No smoking inside the property or on the outdoor lanai. This will incur cleaning fees up to $1000.



*Pets - Pets are only permitted on the premises with prior approval and payment of pet fees. If you have forgotten to add your pet to your reservation, please contact us to update your reservation. Only Service Animals (not including ESA’s) are exempt from pet fees.



*Trash Service/Cleanliness - This is someone’s home - please keep the property clean and tidy. Keep the sink clear of dirty dishes and food debris - bugs in Florida are fast and smart! Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins (green lid = trash, yellow lid = recyclables) stowed away in the garage. On Monday, a member of our maintenance staff will be by to bring the trash cans down to the road, and on Tuesday they will bring them back into the garage. Please make sure to have the bulk of your trash put into the bins by Sunday evening.



*Security - Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or with anyone outside of your reservation.



Emergency Procedures - In case of Medical, Fire, or Police Emergency, contact 911 immediately.
