'Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around downtown Montrose (which is very cute). We were initially placed in a queen room when we reserved a king; fortunately we were able to switch into a king. Coffee bar downstairs was convenient and made good drinks. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. It’s only one flight which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. Bedside wall lights are awkwardly placed so they need to be moved to...

'Newly renovated rooms, very clean. For the price we paid we could not expect more. 2 small remarks. The waterpressure in the shower was too low. Breakfast could have a little more variety. '

'First time staying in a yurt, cute and comfortable and very reasonable!'

'My bed was broken, the whole place felt dirty. My pillows were all different shapes and sizes. It was awful. The staff was nice and I have to say it was as clean as it could be, but everything was so old, there's no way to make it feel nice... the carpets and curtains were scary, and for 140 bucks a night I could have gone somewhere else. I would avoid this place at all costs and I would have left but I got in really late.'

'The furniture was old and badly damaged. There were holes in the wall that were poorly repaired. The air-conditioning was terribly loud. To add insult to injury there was no hot water in the morning. Although we had booked for 2 nights we left after the first night not wanting to ruin our trip by staying there. Reception was unfriendly'
