Welcome to our modern vacation home. With approximately 50 square meters of living space, the bungalow can accommodate up to 3 people. The spacious kitchen-living room is fully equipped and has everything you could want: a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment are all at your disposal. Enjoy your meals with a fantastic view of the garden as you take a seat at the dining table. The cozy sofa, which also doubles as a convenient sleeper, invites you to relax. In addition, a recliner offers the perfect spot for reading or unwinding while you enjoy the smart TV. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, and in the bedroom, a large bed awaits you, ensuring restful nights. A wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your clothes. A free parking spot is available right outside the door, so you can arrive in comfort. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and, unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on for 15 euros per person. Suitable for 2–3 people, this vacation home is also ideal as lodging for construction workers. It’s located in Brinckmansdorf, a popular, long-established neighborhood of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. The location is ideal thanks to its close proximity to the city center and excellent infrastructure. Countless shopping options, cafés, restaurants, and numerous recreational activities are just a few minutes away. Water sports enthusiasts can access the Warnow River at the river bath. Good public transportation connections via city bus lines are within walking distance. You can reach the A19 highway on-ramp in just 5 minutes. The Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde is a 20-minute drive away
