'This property really exceeded my expectations. I booked it because we were getting in too late to drive and it was both close to the airport and reasonably priced, but I kind of wished I'd stayed there longer. The space was small but well designed, the kitchen was the best stocked one I'd seen our whole trip. The bed was super comfortable. I was a little nervous about not having staff on hand to check in after 5pm, but the afterhours check in went off without a hitch. Really recommend it to...

'Checking in and out is very problematic. We arrived at 4PM but the reception was closed. Checking in at the restaurant next door lasted 30’ as the only one who new how that worked was also the only one with a gaming license and was not available!!
Checking out was even worse: we left at 9.30 AM and the reception was closed AGAIN!! The restaurant opens at 11AM so there was nobody present and check out is before 10AM. Ridiculous. The food in the restaurant is good ad are the employees working...

'Pay attention when using hotel parking. There is more than one "permit parking" area which is managed by the Council. I mistakenly parked in the wrong area and got a parking fine. Not the hotel's fault. The parking signs are ambiguous so look for specific sign that says "Permit parking - For hotel guests only".'
