The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, with access to the garden.

The second level, accessible by a spiral staircase, offers a living room with a TV, hi-fi system, and DVD player, as well as an exit to the terrace.

On the third level, there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 beds, and 2 showers/WC. The bedrooms provide exits to the balcony, and all balconies and terraces offer a marvellous view of the sea.
