La Cave de Papé - ROQUEFORT DES CORBIERES

Located between Narbonne and Perpignan, La Cave de Papé is nestled between the sea and the garrigue in the charming village of Roquefort-des-Corbières. This charming, detached house is situated in the heart of the village, offering a quiet setting while being right next to local amenities (grocery store, bakery, restaurant, and summer events). There are many walking and biking trails starting right from the cottage, including a path to the Saint-Martin Chapel, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding area; and you’ll be ideally situated to explore the entire Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park and all its treasures—from wildlife and flora to stunning landscapes. The beautiful Mediterranean beaches are just under a 15-minute drive away. On-site, the cottage features a private terrace with patio furniture and a plancha grill to liven up your meals during the warmer months. Parking is private and enclosed within the property. You can tour the cooperative winery with the owner, where you’ll appreciate the local culture and terroir. La Cave de Papé is a former winery featuring, on the first floor, a large air-conditioned living room with a sitting area (sofa, armchairs, and smart TV), a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen located right next to the laundry room (with a washing machine). There is a separate restroom and a storage room. Upstairs (also air-conditioned), there is a first bedroom with a 160-sized bed and a second bedroom with two 90-sized beds that can be pushed together. A separate bathroom with a beautiful sink and a walk-in shower. A second separate toilet. Baby gear available upon request. Pets are allowed under certain conditions (€50 fee). Electric heating is available at an additional cost. Optional services: Bath towels: €6/person; single bed sheets: €8/bed; double bed sheets: €12/bed. End-of-stay cleaning service: €60.
