This apartment is placed in the area of Trastevere one of most ancient neighborhoods of the Historic Center of Rome. It's in an historical palace of the 1700.
You can admire in the apartment the original 1700 celling and walls in red "cotto" bricks.
The location is just perfect. The apartment is framed in the historic center of Rome. You can easily reach the most important sites of the city on foot. It is also well connected with many bus lines.
The property has been renovated in 2014 in order to make it a mix a confort and old style.

It is a cozy apartment 45 square metres large
The elegant entrance room opens onto a confortable LIVING ROOM with a new fully furnished KITCHEN equipped with capsule coffee machine (we provide ou guests the best capsule to make an original italian expresso), microwave owen, refrigerator, freezer, owen, gass stove and kettle, cups and glasses, coffeepot and all the needed amenities. The living area has sofà and TV.
The quite and spacious BEDROOM has a confortable double bed, this sunny room overlooks a quite inner garned (no noise during the day or the night). It is furnished with air conditioning, LCD 40'' TV with NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, GOOGLE CHROME and other app. After a long day walking through the beautiful street of the historical center of Rome there's nothing better than watch your favourite serie in complete relax on the bed drinking a glass of wine.
Fully furnished and equipped bathroom with shower. Hot water is unlimited.

The apartment is supplied with air conditioning, free WiFi and heating system.
Towels and lines are included in the price.

Final cleanings are included in the price.

- I can reserve for you a SHUTTLE SERVICE from and to the airport. A professional driver will wait you at the exit of the luggage claim and bring you directly to the apartment.

Net appartement in de levendige buurt Trastevere Binnen merk je niets van de drukte buiten, en loop je naar buiten dan sta je gelijk in het gezellige centrum Goed verblijf gehad en alles keurig geregeld wat betreft overdracht en taxi vervoer.

Comfortabel appartement midden in Trastevere

Dit is een geweldig appartement qua ruimte, comfort en locatie. Als je naar buiten gaat sta je meteen midden in Trastevere, een levendige en gezellige wijk waar toeristen EN lokale bevolking gemoedelijk samen gaan in de straatjes waar je een diversiteit aan eettentjes, barretjes, restaurants en eigenzinnige winkeltjes zult vinden. Donkey Punch, Mammo Streetfood en Grazie & Graziella zijn echt aanraders met aangenaam personeel en heerlijk eten!!! Appartement heeft een nette badkamer met fijne douche, ruime keuken om zelf te kokkerellen en een ruime slaapkamer met comfortabel groot bed waar je slaapt in alle rust. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op prima loopafstand vanaf dit appartement en is dan ook een perfecte uitvalsbasis om deze buitengewone stad te ontdekken. Special thanks to the owners of the apartment; Angelo en Rosaria. Alles was top geregeld; shuttle service van het vliegveld naar het appartement en vice versa, sleuteloverdracht en nodige uitleg over het appartement etc... Angelo & Rosaria, grazie mille!!! Cozy and comfortable in the heart of Trastevere

This place was perfect and I couldn’t think of anything more that would make it more wonderful! The most perfect spot in Rome location-wise. The bed is so comfortable and the ac was doing its thing! Fantastic stay in Rome!

Great Roman holiday!

Everything was fine except there wasn’t a Keurig coffee pot! Very quiet and the air conditioner was fantastic. Location was great, lots of restaurants within a five minute walk! Lovely setting and felt very safe , would stay there again! Will recommend to friends coming over! Thanks for a great stay!

AMAZING Stay in Old Rome!

⸻We had a great stay in Trastevere! The apartment was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. At the same time, it’s in a great location—close to tons of restaurants, cafes, and major attractions. We loved being able to walk everywhere but still come back to a calm space. Would definitely stay here again!

Week long stay in Trastevere

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of this charming town! Our accommodations were ideally situated amidst the vibrant nightlife, yet our room was perfectly positioned to provide a peaceful retreat, shielding us from the bustling street activity. Our host went above and beyond by arranging a private cab service to and from the apartment for a very reasonable 60 euros each way (120 euros total). The service was punctual and seamless, making our arrival and departure stress-free.The location couldn't have been better: just a 30-minute walk to all the major attractions, including the Vatican, Colosseum, and Pantheon/Trevi Fountain. The Borghese Gallery and train station were about a 50-minute walk away, making this the perfect central hub for exploring the city.Being close to the lively nightlife and a variety of top-notch dining options was a highlight, with only a short 5-10 minute stroll back to the apartment after our adventures. We can’t wait to return and will definitely be looking to book this Vrbo again for our next stay!

Pleasant 4 days!

Great location in Trestevere. Close to Piazza Trilussa and great food, gelatrias and Ubers lifts. We also walked along the tibre to the Vatican. The apartment was up a flight off stairs. No lift on premisses. AC available if needed. Bellisimo!

Perfect apartment in great location

We totally enjoyed our stay in Trastevere. Great location right amongst the local eateries and bars. The restaurants recommended by Rosaria were lovely, although a good 20 minute uphill walk away which was fine by us. Young and vibrant locals and an easy walk to a lot of the popular sites

Description of property did not match eg no Living area with sofa & TV. No coffee pod machine. No access to outdoor area. No clothes dryer, only clothes-line. Fridge/freezer not working. Bar fridge supplied, however this needed to be unplugged to use the microwave. No instructions as how to get to property eg suggested bus from train station. Property was in a good location & host replied but property did not meet descrition which was disappointing.

Amazing stay

We could not have picked a better place to spend our Rome vacation. This apartment is so cute and so quaint and we loved it. The air conditioning was ice cold and was SO welcome after the heat of July in Rome. Our host was amazing and responded promptly to every question. When we checked out my boyfriend left his phone after we locked ourselves out. We were so relieved that ten minutes later she came to let us in to retrieve it…that could have been bad as we had a flight in a few hours. I simply cannot say enough! Thank you SO much!

Great stay.

Very nice flat. Small but cosey and all the facelitys and equiment you will need. We had some very hot days in Rome, so it was nice to able to wash our clothes. Communication was good and with fast replies from Rosaria. Only complaint is the shuttle service offered. The service was fine but the driver tried to squeeze more money out of us than agreed upon. Anoying and a bad way to end a nice stay with an aguement when we were dropped of by the airport.

Great location but the apartment was a little limited.The built in refrigerator didn’t work and there was a small bar size replacement. This used up valuable space in the kitchen/living room. The entrance involved a secure heavy door but this led to two apartments with only a flimsy door and key separating them. A safe would help overcome this issue but not present.

The property is as advertised....we walked to every site we wanted to see and anything at the 30 minute walk point only costs about 20 Euro if you need a ride! Dining opportunities would be too numerous to mention!!!

Our stay here was perfect! The host was so accommodating and even helped organize a car to pick us up from the airport! The location was great, right in the heart of Trastevere! I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone taking a trip to Rome!

A perfect apartment for two

We stayed for three nights and found the apartment be perfect. It is exactly as advertised in the listing. The mattress is nicely firm and comfortable. The apartment was quiet, facing an interior courtyard. There is a convenient washing machine, and you can dry your clothes on a clothesline right out the over the courtyard. We would happily stay again.

Great Location

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of everything in Trastevere. You will be surrounded by excellent restaurants, and while this is a very lively neighborhood, the apartment is quiet. Very secure, very comfortable, amenities were great. I would absolutely book again and hope it is available when we return to Rome.
