Spacious, comfortable, bright and carefully cared for in the decoration and furnishings, the apartment is located in a beautiful residential area of Rome, between the city center and the sea of Ostia with its splendid beaches, the wonderful pine forest and the inexhaustible offer of shops, restaurants and exciting nightlife.
The airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino (both about half an hour's drive) are easily accessible, as well as the GRA (the ring road around Rome), which is a few minutes' drive away and allows easy access to excursions in any direction (Florence, Naples, Tarquinia, L'Aquila, Viterbo, for example, can easily be visited on a day trip). The ancient Roman port of Ostia Antica (today the largest archaeological site in Europe) is also very close, with its offer of valuable remains of Roman civilization but also of live performances in the enchanting atmosphere of the ancient Roman theater .
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with furnishings and linens (towels, sheets, tablecloths and tea towels). It is accessed from a suggestive external corridor with a small porch, the kitchen also has a wood-burning oven and in the large lounge for lunch there is a characteristic fireplace. Next to it there is the TV room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, which gives access to the second bathroom and the family room (double bed and two bunk beds) which overlooks a small outdoor area in stone, reserved and extremely enjoyable. From the central hall you enter the laundry area (with washing machine, iron and ironing board) from which you enter the other two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds and sink). The first bathroom is near the entrance and is also equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower and heated towel rail.
The internet connection, wi-fi and cable, is offered free of charge on all 24 hours. In the lounge there is an air conditioning unit and the radiators in each room are equipped with a thermostatic valve that allows you to adjust the room temperature to your liking.
