« Everything was excellent, will definitely stay there again!! »

« Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere. »

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« Propre confortable et salle de déjeuner attenante à la piscine qui est également propre. L'embêtement est que Van Buren est un endroit des plus ennuyant. Cet hôtel est OK si c'est pour s'arrêter une nuit pour continuer ensuite sa route comme nous l'avons fait. Aussi, aucun alcool servi dans les restos car c'est une ville sèche.. »

« The hotel itself was very clean inside and decent. The problems really started with the outside there were broken glass beer bottles surrounding the property on their sidewalks outside of their pool area. The person who checked me in was great. One of the main issues was a constant banging from the floor above me and I do not believe it was another guest but something related to the elevator system or anything else with the property but it made it so bad that you couldn't sleep. Never had this...

« TV kept freezing or flickering. Smoking area was right outside the side door so it smelled like smoke. Craftsmanship (paint job etc) in the bathroom was poorly done. Unacceptable for the price of the hotel. »

« The staff doesn’t honor your price on Expedia. They only give one card which is abnormal. The room is clean and has nice amenities. However, the toilet was very small and any man would have problems with it. »

« The staff was great, my room wasn’t very impressive due to a few minor inconveniences(microwave missing the plate ring,etc.) but overall it was a decent experience. I’d be willing to give them a second chance if I’m in the area again. »

« The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price. »
