'Air conditioning contributed greatly to comfort compared with other places I've stayed around here, hallways were also quiet when returning late one night visitors normally appreciate that peacefulness too'

'I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. The phone in the room had no cord, the TV would not come on, the bed was awful, the hallways smelled!! We were expecting a nice Vrbo experience, NOT a low rent national chain. The reviews and information attached to this venue on Expedia were...

'We love staying at the Caldwell Studio and all of the Caldwell properties. It is where we always try to stay when we visit our granddaughter who attends college at UCA. It is the BEST.'

'The outdoor pool was inviting for us during our downtime. Space worked well for a group getaway too!'

'Four nights here with everything I could ask for. The bed was comfortable and each room included its own bathroom plus free WiFi to keep us connected.'

'A straightforward stay with standard amenities that performed reliably throughout my visit.'

'Windows let in a soft breeze, perfect for some fresh air without noise. Felt calm here.'
