  • Onze 2 badkamers 2 slaapkamers, alleen met twee banken die uitkijken op queensize bedden, is perfect voor uw volgende vakantie. Individuele reizen of groepen tot 8 dit huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een snelle 3 minuten lopen naar het strand, een goed uitgeruste keuken, omheinde achtertuin en nog veel meer.

    Aan het einde van het blok is er een koffiekar met een groot assortiment dranken en direct naast hen is een voedselkar met geweldige hotdogs !!! Beide zijn een must tijdens een verblijf in The Beacon.

    Het hart van de stad is slechts een korte wandeling langs de weg, maar u kunt meestal een parkeerplaats vinden als u ervoor kiest om te rijden. Er zijn treinritten, prachtige snoepwinkels en natuurlijk schattige kleine winkeltjes op en neer de hoofdstrook.

    Als je klaar bent voor de dag kun je teruggaan naar het huis en genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen vanaf het achterdek!

Extremely impressed Kate and Dan really made this place a home away from home for us! Kid friendly, pet friendly and super close to the beach! Simply perfect for our needs!!

House was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location! Host was incredibly quick to communicate. Plenty of space for the 3 of us and about a 4 minute walk to an uncrowded beach. We visit the coast annually and this is the best price per night I've seen in the summer, and the brightest/cleanest house we've stayed in. Only thing to note is you can hear large trucks on the main hwy at night/early am, so if you're a light sleeper bring a noise machine. Great stay overall!

The house was absolutely perfect. It has everything you can think of in the kitchen. The living has plenty of room to relax with lots of throw blankets. The beds are comfy. The beach is walkable but we drove because it is across the main road. The most friendly beach access that is close is right by the park and the train station. My mother has a hard time with stairs so the ramp access was perfect. It was about a 3 minute drive.

Lovely property. Quiet location. Well stocked kitchen that was greatly appreciated. Will definitely look to check its availability the next time we plan to visit Rockaway Beach. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is excellent and centrally located in Rockaway Beach. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach in the mornings and easy walking into the main stretch of town to shop or eat out. The house had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The washer and dryer came in handy! The only thing I can recommend for the laundry situation is to bring your own dryer sheets or buy some because the host didn't provide any, but they did have detergent pods. The space was perfectly suited for a group of three men, but it would easily fit six of us if we brought our spouses. It was a bit warm during our stay, but we couldn't find the AC remote anywhere, so we settled with the ceiling fan. It was a great stay and we highly recommend it. We'll look here again if we come back to the area. Thank you!

We have stayed at this location previously and it has become our favorite place to stay for our family! Hosts are very welcoming and wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay, great location, 2 minutes to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked kitchen with new appliances and a really nice coffee maker. The house has a nice layout with high ceilings, open living room/dining area. Everything was clean and fresh.

We had a great stay! It is exactly three short blocks to the beach and that was amazing! Very convenient location to the rest of town too. We were able to bring our dog and he loved being with us at the house. The only two things that would have made it a little bit better is being able to stream from our devices to the TV (we like to watch a family movie together when we are on Vacation) but there were a ton of DVDs which was good (retro) and the other improvement would be a working and maintained grill. Unfortunately the grill was un-usable. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house with plenty of amenities, privacy and a 3 minute walk to the beach. It's clean and decorated very nicely yet still feels comfy. This past weekend was our 2nd stay there. Will return again!

Fam weekend getaway

My husband, two small kids, and I had the best time at Katie’s place. We loved the living room, especially the cozy oversized armchair. The beds were comfy and the place was even decorated for the holidays! We would definitely stay again.
