'Dirty bathroom and broken toilet seat. No room-service available at all and only buffet in restaurant, no a la carte in evening. We had to order Deliveroo like at home! Staff not really helpful at reception. Room facing the inside courtyard of the hotel so artificial light all night! Paid way too much for spending a very bad night there. Will never return!'

'I stayed at Bloc for one night (which I suppose is what most people do). After reading the good reviews, I was looking forward to getting a nights sleep in Bloc, having a short time between my flight and journey onwards. However, I would say that my experience was very very moderate and I was really underwhelmed, happy to leave. First of all, the 'basic' room is very very basic. It has no windows and feels a bit like you are locked into prison for one night, with toilet and shower combined in...

'Not the greatest hotel to stay for a full business week. Great breakfast but for the rest outdated hotelrooms. Dirty carpet and cold smelly room. Bed was not changed in 3 days, just put the duvets back in place. Very small room when with a big suitcase not much space to open your Stuff. Great receptionist (blond lady)'

'The nicest stay during my time in London! The host is soo friendly and helpful! 🙏 I really appreciate their kindness. It was a cute themed room and cozy. Would definitely come back :)'

'Lovely quiet site. Outstanding staff at front desk reception and especially in the dining room.'
