Welcome to Pitts Villa, a spacious holiday home located in the newer residential area of Robe.

Pitts Villa is located just off Robe Street, within a short stroll to Mahalia Coffee and the local playground, making it a convenient base for families.

The home is large and open throughout, offering plenty of space both inside and out. It features 4 bedrooms, all with queen beds, including a master bedroom with ensuite. The open-plan layout includes a generous kitchen, dining, and living area designed for easy group stays.

Outside, there is a fully enclosed backyard with lawn and a small covered entertaining area, along with a double driveway and double garage providing ample off-street parking.

The property is suited to families or groups looking for space, comfort, and a convenient Robe location.

Guests are responsible for ensuring pets are supervised and appropriately restrained within the outdoor areas. While the yard is enclosed, Robe Holiday Rentals cannot guarantee suitability for all pets.

• Credit card details are required for bond security

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for your stay; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds made prior to arrival, please request this at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed - sorry no top bunks will be made). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding will be allocated based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
