'The apartment is in a great location. The apartments are not lettered. There’s no front desk. So, you don’t have any way to know which one is yours. I messaged the host with questions about check in and never heard back. The apartments on the main level do not have outdoor space that is featured in the pictures. The door opens into a parking space that was occupied by a giant truck. Only small windows so very little natural light. The front door is not very sturdy. But, has about 7 locks on...

'Room was spotless and modern and the location is great. Really close to the beach so you have to like beach music which runs almost around the clock. Great live band at the bar below my balcony. There was construction on the building so the host arranged a work space at another location during the work day.'

'We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). The hosts were great with communication and even went above and beyond to share some of their favourite spots in Sayulita with us! 'Juan was an exceptional host. He was in contact with us prior to our arrival and provided clear instructions and many useful tips. During our 3 week stay he continued to check it to see if he could be of assistance. The studio was clean and well equipped. The onsite restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced.
