« This was a lovely place, as advertised! The actual unit is difficult to locate, especially in the dark. Would suggest using less fragranced laundry products, like naturally fragranced or fragrance free. Otherwise, beautiful, clean, great location, & good communication. »

This set the tone on how approachable she was when we had other concerns on the property. Queen casita was dirty/sticky floors. Several TVs on property did not turn on. « Had a great stay! The cabin was clean and well appointed. It had everything that we needed during our stay. I especially appreciated that the hostess promptly responded to any question or request that I had during our stay. The cabin is also located close to everything, which was great! I highly recommend this cabin for anyone staying in Big Bear. »
