'When I first checked in the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and it was a very positive experience day two I had to go to the front desk to ask for a maintenance person after I had called and 45 minutes later there was no response. The people behind the counter were very short and abrupt. I ended up finding someone in the hallway and asking them for assistance. Then I went to go check out and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even look you in the eye...

'This hotel was very professionally run, and the staff were extremely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet room which I had requested, My five day stay was completely enjoyable. I do not have one complaint. I will continue to use this hotel and recommend in the future. If you’re going to be staying in the airport hotel area I would highly recommend Sonesta Select.'

'The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

'I have stayed here twice. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, free parking, breakfast is included and actually really good. There is a lovely energy in the place and the staff are friendly. I have to visit Philly every other month and find it easier to stay a park there, and use Uber to get into the city. I have paid as little as $19 which is a fraction of the parking cost in Philly! Genuinely feel safe and comfortable there'
