Fully renovated in Rivedoux-Plage, the villa welcomes up to 8 guests and one baby. The beach is just across the road, while the covered market, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

OCEAN VIEW LIVING ROOM
The living room was deliberately placed upstairs to make the most of the sea and bridge views. A comfortable sofa, armchair, poufs, large television and generous natural light create a relaxing space for reading, sharing time together or simply watching the changing sky.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, stand mixer and panini press. Oyster knives, seafood utensils and cookware for fish and mussels are provided.

FOUR BEDROOMS
Ground floor:
• Main suite with 160 × 200 cm bed, dressing area, television and private shower room.
• Children’s room with two bunk beds. It can connect to the main suite or use its own entrance.

Upstairs:
• Bedroom with 160 × 200 cm bed and storage.
• Bedroom with two 90 × 200 cm single beds, which can be placed together on request.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The enclosed garden and terrace are ideal for outdoor meals, drinks and children’s play. Garden furniture, loungers and barbecue are available.

Travel cot, high chair and folding baby bath are supplied free of charge, together with books, board games and beach toys.
