Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. '

'Van buiten laat het onderhoud te wensen over maar de kamers zijn redelijk ruim en schoon. Echter met verrassend klrinr badkamers waar de indeling erg te wensen over laat. Het sanitair is verouderd maar werk prima. Het hotel wordt voornamelijk door militairen bezocht. Het ligt redelijk ver vanaf het metrostation en, zoals bijna alle hotels in de USA, het is erg gehorig. Hoewel de gasten redelijk stil zijn is het geluid van buiten goed te horen. 'The room was dirty in multiple ways. There were ashes in the drawers, crumbs on top of drawers, stains on chairs, and liquid spilled on the floor. The air conditioning unit had a burning smell once the heat was tiened on. The lock on the bathroom would not lock. There also apleared to be dead and dired up bedbugs in the cabinet under the tv. The room was supoosed to have two full beds and when we arrived there was only one bed. Overall an unpleasant experience. '

'Home Suites was a perfect mini vacation hotel for my family and I. We stayed here to tour Howard University. The cleanliness and ambiance was very welcoming. All the staff we encountered we polite and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. There were various options to choose from. We will definitely be returning frequently as my daughter will be attending Howard for the next 4-6 years. Definitely at 10/10 experience.'

'Staff was zeer onvriendelijk, we kregen eerst een rokerskamer hoewel we een niet rokers hadden geboekt. Hoewel we voor 2 nachten hadden geboekt, was de volgende onze kamer geblokkeerd. De Staf dacht dat het maar 1 nacht was en zonder te checken activeerde zij de sleutel weer. Omgeving was niet erg prettig, veel criminaliteit. '
