Was een mooi accomodatie. Zeker omdat het midden in het plaatsje ligt.
De woning is een prima onder komen. Het ontbreekt je aan niets. Erg gezellig dat het midden in het stadje ligt.

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in Cottage "The Jewel" (locaal bekend als " L'Ecrin). Een keurig goed uitgerust appartement midden in het mooie Riquewihr. Parkeren van de auto ook prima geregeld. Beslist een aanrader.

A tidy and comfortable apartment on a prime location
We've had a very enjoyable stay in this tidy and comfortable apartment. At arrival we received a warm welcome (including a bottle of cooled white wine) and got ample information on how to find our way in the area. Very friendly owners. Good communication, also prior to our arrival. The location is awesome: smack bang in the middle of the Riquewihr main street. Thank you so much, it has been great.

Gîte idéal pour un couple. Literie excellente, salle de bain complète et spacieuse, pièce à vivre avec l'indispensable et très agréable avec vue sur le rue centrale et sur les vignes. Situé au 1er étage en plein centre de Riquewihr. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la situation nous permet de découvrir l'ambiance de Riquewihr: calme et sereine avant 10h et après 21h et vivante avec l'arrivée des touristes. Très bon isolation acoustique des fenêtres. Parking gratuit à 500m du gîte par les petites rues magnifiques. Nous sommes enchantés de notre semaine et conseillerons la location.

Location Location Location
Being able to stand in the Gite and lean out the window right into the Main Street of Riquewihr was something out of a fairy tale. The room is very nice, well equipped, beds were comfortable. There is a very steep interior staircase leading up to the second floor, for which I had to keep a close eye on my toddler but the keypad access was very convenient and like I said the location is unbeatable. Being able to be out in the village and dawn and dusk was really nice and you can avoid a lot of crowds, plus you get to feel like a local.

Cottage "the Jewel" is truly a jewel in Riquewihr! Fédéric responded to my questions before our visit within a few hours and his wife Florence met us when we arrived. The apartment is located on the main street with wonderful views of the street and the vines on the slopes above. The bedroom has two beds, the bathroom is big with a good shower, a washing machine and even an iron! Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was well stocked. Riquewihr is ideally located on the route des vins and it's loaded with charm. There are many restaurants and each of our meals was excellent. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Riquewihr! Note that there are about 20 steps up to the apartment, so it's not suited for people with mobility issues. Thank you, Fédéric and Florence for a wonderful three days!

Wunderschöner Urlaub an einem wunderschönen Ort
Mein Mann und ich verbrachten eine Woche in diesem gemütlichen Appartement mitten im wunderschönen Riquewihr! Es war toll dem bunten Treiben aus dem Fenster zuzusehen. In dem Appartement hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir nutzen Riquewihr zudem als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge nach Straßburg, Colmar, den wunderbaren Orten ringsum, den Berg La Hohneck und Wanderungen durch die Weinberge. Man muss sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass in diesem kleinen Ort immer sehr viele Touristen durch die Gassen strömen. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Es gibt außerdem kein deutsches Fernsehen in der Wohnung. (Wir konnten jedoch unser IPad mit dem Fernseher verbinden.)

My husband and I enjoyed 9 nights in this beautiful apartment. All was as stated; Frederic and Florence took care of all details, such as parking pass, linens and bike rentals, before our late hour arrival. They were available to answer any and all questions and could not have been friendlier. The apartment was perfect for two people and had all necessary equipment/tools in the kitchen. The beds were also quite comfortable for good rest. We would certainly return to this apartment without hesitation.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum der schönen Elsass-Weinstadt Riquevihr. Wir wurden vor der Tür empfangen, in die Wohnung geführt, es gab sogar einen Begrüßungswein. Sehr gemütlich und stylisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieter haben uns eine Dauerparkkarte besorgt. Sehr zu empfehlen auch wegen der Lage.

Très bien situé, grand, propre, calme avec tout le confort de la maison.
Situé au centre du village de Riquewihr, en plein coeur de l’Alsace, il est un pied à terre pour visiter la région. Grand, propre, bien équipé et confortable. La proprio nous a reçus à notre arrivée et nous a tout expliqué tout en nous laissant une bouteille de vin au frigo. En ajoutant la passe de stationnement (4E/jr) nous stationnons à peine à 100 mètres. Il est aussi possible de débarquer les valises à la porte. Bref, idéal.

Excellente situation
Logement très propre incluant salle de bain. Seul bémol en sortant du logement les ordures de tout la maison sont là et ne sont pas sortis pendant de longues périodes (odeur nauséabonde). Et les cloches sonnent tous les 1/4 d'heures non-stop même durant la nuit. Dans les autres villages elles sont muettes de 19:00 à 7:00 (exemple à suivre) car avec les fenêtres ouvertes vu la proximité, elles nous réveillent !

Le logement est un nid douillet avec tout le nécessaire. Il est très bien placé dans RIQUEWIHR.
Les contacts avec les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Ils font tout pour satisfaire les locataires. Le logement est bien agencé, complet et merveilleusement situé dans la rue principale du village. En dessous de l'appartement se trouve une taverne où on ne se lasse pas de goûter les plats régionaux faits à partir de produits fermiers frais. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable mais, malheureusement, trop courte...

accoglienza impeccabile, appartamento grazioso, confortevole, ben arredato, pulitissimo
l'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, non potevamo trovarci meglio. Anche le precedenti recensioni ci sono state utili. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata chiara e veloce, nessun intoppo. Abbiamo chiesto loro anche biancheria e il pass del parcheggio, servizi molto graditi. L'appartamento è luminoso e arredato con gusto, la pulizia è curatissima, non ci sono oggetti rotti. Siamo abituati ad alloggiare nei gites in Francia e devo dire che il livello di questo è superiore allo standard perché è evidente che i proprietari ci tengano a mantenere la casa bella e a far trascorrere belle vacanze ai loro ospiti. Qualche esempio: doccia grande, nuova e doccino funzionante. La lavatrice, ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli vanno benissimo. La cucina ha anche i tipici bicchieri da vino alsaziani.La macchina del caffé è americana, quindi gli italiani magari vorranno portarsi da casa una moka. L'unica cosa che non dipende dai proprietari è l'animazione del paese in sé, purtroppo i mercatini natalizi erano finiti e il Comune non aveva previsto nulla per i turisti. Resta comunque un bellissimo villaggio, circondato da altri villaggi bellissimi, vicina anche Colmar, quindi la posizione è strategica per tante visite. Quando vorremo tornare, riprenoterei qui e lo consiglierei agli amici

Le terme Écrin de ce Gîte est utilisable au sens propre comme au figuré. Vraiment génial pour passer quelques jours dans ce magnifique village et pouvoir visiter les autres villages de cette région. Pour ceux qui hésiteraient, vraiment vous passerez à côté de quelque chose de parfait. Merci au propriétaire qui est d'ailleurs, d'une excellente amabilité.

Nous avons passés une semaine d'émerveillement . Le logement est parfais, très bien situé on ne peut pas trouver mieux pour les amoureux des marchés de noel. Sehr liebevoll und funktionell eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen der Altstadt. Wohnung ist top und es mangelt an nix. Sauber und gepflegt bietet die Wohnung im Fachwerkhaus eine moderne und funktionelle Einrichtung. Die Lage ist einmalig, mitten in den malerischen Gassen des mittelalterlichen Ortes. Gerne wieder.
