The house was very clean and comfortable. We were there for 48 nights and had everything we needed. I did buy a couple of large plastic mixing bowls for salad and pasta. The kitchen had everything else. There are two beautiful grills (one is a large griddle) and lovely hot tub on the large patio. We didn't use them, but enjoyed the view of the hills from the patio table with our morning coffee. The large step in shower in the primary bath was wonderful. I did recommend that the owner replace the small tv, mounted on the ceiling above the primary bed, with a larger flat screen on the wall so that it can be enjoyed without lying on your back. The other two bedrooms are also wired for wall flat screens which will hopefully be installed at some point along with a table and chair. The beds and linens were comfortable.We were in AZ to look at property in Green Valley, but took the time to explore Rio Rico. We enjoyed Garrett's grocery, the car wash, Walmart 10 min. south in Nogales and La Bocanita restaurant which was great. Everyone we met was very friendly. It was a good home away from home.
