The friendly Stella Community of Rincon has has had steady power and water since December 2017. We do have a back-up generator for major storms (PR is an island in the middle of the ocean!) You have our word.

Snorkel the reef right off our beach - gazillions of lovely fish. Or just have a swim at the beach, which is steps from our front door. Relax and enjoy the beauty. Play in the sand. (We provide beach umbrellas and beach toys for little kids). Watch the pelicans and the occasional whale!

Ours is the most spacious, well stocked, and most private of all the Wave Coast units. Our style is modern and minimalist, but cozy. We have solid wi-fi, so you can stay connected, (but we suggest you just go off the grid and enjoy!).

Including the roof-top terrace, Suite 8 is a spacious 3-story property (2100 sq.ft.), air conditioned throughout.

Upon your arrival, you will find an informative Guest Book that provides information about a wide variety of local attractions, excursions, beaches, restaurants, sports facilities, and resources.

The ground floor living space has 2 sofas and an easy chair, a flat-screen TV, coffee table, and sunny windows. From the living area, sliding glass doors open to the patio with dipping pool and picnic table. Kids and adults will love to cool off and play in the private dipping pool, which is crystal clear. The patio and dipping pool are yours alone, and the entire backyard area is fenced in.

Modern, well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, serving ware, wine and martini glasses, coffee pot, and tea kettle, cutlery, pretty dish towels, and every cooking tool you could need. You'll find sippy-cups and baby dishes. We supply paper towels and dish soap. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a "bar" with 2 stools. Upon your arrival, we provide coffee, and other basic supplies (sugar packets, salt, pepper, napkins, aluminum foil, etc. ) to get you started. And in case you're wondering, the tap water is fine to drink.

There is also a modern, tiled ½ bathroom on the 1st floor with toilet and sink and mirror.

On the 2nd floor, the large master bedroom suite is cool and comfortable. We recently installed a powerful, remote-controlled compression air conditioner so you can adjust the temp to your liking. There's also a door that opens to a small balcony looking out to our little street. We have a queen bed with a new mattress, large dresser with mirror, sunny windows, closet, luggage stands, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps, and a full modern tiled bathroom.

The second large bedroom has 2 queen beds, bedside tables and lamps, 2 closets, cool local art, and another full modern tiled bathroom, right beside it.

Both bedrooms have black-out shades so you can sleep in after the sun rises.

6 adults can easily stay and have plenty of space, but it is equally great for a small party of 2. Couples on honeymoon or romantic vacations will be delighted, as will smaller groups of travelers. We also love kids, and have 2 pac-n-plays, sippy cups, beach toys, and board games.

Bed sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. We even have a "magic closet" with sample sized basic products that you may have forgotten (like mini-tooth paste tubes, deodorant, band-aides, etc).

Forgot to bring a book or finished the one you are reading? We have a small "library" that you can feel free to take a book or leave one for future guests. We even have books for little children.

Our gorgeous roof-top terrace has a private jacuzzi, gas grill, mini-fridge, table and chairs, lounge chairs, another bathroom, and ocean views. Great place for breakfast, an adult beverage, BBQ, or star gazing from the hot-tub.

Our large, private garage is stocked with paddle-boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkel masks, and beach toys. There is a FULL SIZE washer and dryer, because having clean clothes is a non-negotiable!

Everything you need is within a mile or 2 of Suite 8: Downtown Rincon, Farmer's Market, Art Walk, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, a wine store, a local meat market, fruit vendors, food trucks, pharmacy, playground, a sports complex, and 2 modern grocery stores.
