The ground floor also includes an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate shower/WC. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, boasts a living/dining room with a panoramic window, a kitchen corner, and a satellite TV (flat screen), all air-conditioned.
