'Our contact was very helpful both before and during our stay. However, we do not recommend renting this apartment for the following reasons: 1. Location: The area felt unsafe. Via Panicale is not suitable for young people or women traveling alone, especially at night. 2. Very uncomfortable beds: The mattress in the main bedroom was a thin foam mattress, perhaps a little over 5 inches thick, but still uncomfortable. 'Mooi appartement op een mooie plek in Florence. Kreeg optijd een berichtje van de eigenaar over de locatie en het inchecken. Bij aankomst waren wij verrast door de mooie plek van dit appartement. Wel werden wij niet erg enthousiast binnengelaten. Ook was een slot bij aankomst kapot en zat er een bruine vlek in een van de dekens. Voorderest was alles zeer netjes. En is het een aanrader om hier heen te gaan. Keuken was mooi, heerlijke douche en bedden waren oke. '

'We could not get the ac working properly in the bedrooms the 1 st night my wife had to sleep on the couch in the living room were the ac was ice cold the 2 nd night was fine with the ac 15-20 minute walk to the main square.and shopping The apartment was really nice and clean on the street level could be a little loud from outside if the windows are open just keep it closed.'
