« Description did not tell us we would be away from everything. I had to call 4 times for a roll away bed and the desk front person was very slow to help us. »

« The office clerk was very helpful at check-in, couldn’t have been any nicer! The motel is a bit dated, but well worth the price point. Great place for families on a budget. »

« The room was clean and comfortable even though it was tiny. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very charming. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site but we did order drinks at the bar and enjoyed them on the patio which was lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the entire building has an odor that is very off putting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. »

« The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability. »

« Used the vending machine and was charged an extra $.10 surcharge plus was doubled billed for each item. No bottled water was in the refrigerator. No microwave in the room. »

« We have gone to Branson for many years now and didn’t know about this place til a friend told us about it. The room was great needs an updated sofa and loveseat (worn out) the sofa bed was not very comfy. Jacuzzi tub in the unit was great. Overall highly recommend this place and we would love to return. »

« I loved that our dog stayed for free (no matter what size). Everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the extra large shower. Located right off the highway, but getting in and out was difficult. »

« The location is great, but I am disappointed about the clean , there are a smile dust everywhere especially from the carpet. I expected more from the name of this famous resort. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work properly. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
