'Bed sheets and towels had stains. Not very clean overall. Definitely won't stay there again'

'Bien'

'Even though it was no smoking the smell of weed was very prominent. We were staying there because my husband had surgery and had to see the doctor the next morning. We live 2 hours away and if it were for any other reason we would have left the hotel and asked for a refund.'

'My room had a red spider on the ceiling and a black spider next to the table by the bed. The bathroom sink had hair in it and the shower wasn’t clean. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well and couldn’t wait to leave. Won’t stay there again.'

'Rooms could use a little updating but very clean.'

'I have family in the area, so I am there at least once a year. I always stay at the Marriott North, usually for eight or nine nights at a time. The rooms are clean (and recently refurbished), the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. There is a decent bar and restaurant on site and an indoor pool for the little ones. There are numerous options for dining and shopping in the immediate vicinity (although you have to drive). A lot of hotels have sprung up in Cranberry...

'No free breakfast included. We had to request sheets for the pullout couch in the room, even though we stated there would be 4 people staying. The fitted sheet they brought up( although they were very prompt) was too small to fit the bed. The pillows on the bed were flat. Usually expect better from a Hilton.'

'Room was clean but smells like bootie hole!'

'I unfortunately got bed bug bites while being there. When I called to inform them to ensure the next guest wasn’t affected, they merely took information for their incident report.'

'Very nice hotel. Would stay there agsin'

'Just bad.'

'The elevator was broken. Our rooms weren't ready. We had to wait for them at 8:30 pm to be ready. They didn’t even put a duvet cover on the duvet in one room. We have pictures of filthy faucets, broken door handles, and very worn/tired fixtures in the rooms. It reeked of fabuloso despite still being dirty. The staff was very nice but they are clearly understaffed and the building is very run down. I would never stay there again.'

'Great Breakfast and friendly staff! First impressions were great, however after staying the night noticed several things that needed attention. The linens provided for the pullout couch were quite badly stained. Air gaps in the doors, and either thin walls, or not properly insulated had us privy to the neighbours conversations late into the night. Staff was friendly and helpful.'

'Hing een rare geur in de gangen en liften. Ontbijt was zeer matig. De kamer zelf was prima.'

'Very convenient and great breakfast selection'
