'Great location in great view room is extremely small but certainly functional. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome and overdone. Compared to the other 12 properties I stayed at during this trip they request way too many forms and their ask for a high deposit is also out of line. However I would still say there are four star because of location and value'

'We had a wonderful week in the apartment! It’s a quiet neighbourhood up the hill with a view! Free parking is on the street. A great location to walk to the train for exploring 5 terre or walk to the nice restaurants in La Spezia. Alessandro was a great host!'

'The unit was perfect in every respect with exception of the mattress (which was terribly uncomfortable). Fair warning about parking if you are driving in. Forget about parking close by. Its a ZTL area and the nearest parking is 1.5 km outside of town (uphill). Then if and when you do manage to get to town with your luggage, you need to walk, drag, and roll your luggage another 500m to the steps which lead to the unit. Absolutely no help available with luggage. Zero. Carry at your own risk....

'Het huis is een heerlijke plek om van daaruit Cinque Terre te bezoeken. Het is ca.15 minuten lopen naar La Spezia Centraal, waar vandaan, met grote regelmaat, treinen naar de dorpjes van Cinque Terre rijden. Het huis is compleet en comfortabel. Wij waren er tijdens de extreme hitte in Italië in juli 2023, daardoor hebben we wel een airco gemist, maar verder hebben we heerlijk genoten van het huis. Het contract met Azzurra en haar moeder was prettig.
