The villa is only a 15-minute drive from Diagoras International Airport, offering easy access to the island's must-see destinations, 40 minutes from the old city of Rhodes and 60 minutes from Lindos Village. Comfortably spread over 2500 square meters and designed in an elegant contemporary style, the luxurious Villa Ramann makes for a truly perfect vacation! With beachfront and beautifully manicured grounds, the villa offers its guests a private beach, a stunning 100 m² infinity pool with a child safety cover, and a comfortable pergola-covered seating area beside the pool. The outdoor area also features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a gas BBQ, and an expansive dining table overlooking the sea and the magnificent sunsets.

Offering unique and pampering accommodations, Villa Ramann can host up to 12 guests in 6 air-conditioned en suite bedrooms, each with its own shower and direct access to a lovely 50 m2 balcony with outstanding sea and pool views.


The villa's ground floor boasts a luxurious open-plan living area with a high ceiling, a modern kitchen equipped with every possible amenity, and a living room outfitted with tasteful furnishings and modern facilities including a home theater system comprising a large Smart OLED TV, first class indoor and outdoor speakers, a satellite and internet streamer and strong WiFi throughput.
Step through the living room's wide glass doors onto the spacious patio, with a round table perfect for enjoying breakfast outside and a great hang-out area facing the swimming pool, which for your peace of mind is fitted with a children's safety cover.
An optional service is available so that you can enjoy a local breakfast prepared by our local cook at a time of your choosing, served inside, or outside overlooking the pool and the sea. Our team will also be glad to book a chef to prepare an authentic Greek meal at the villa or delivered at your request. Only a 300 meter walk away you can enjoy the well-known Fanes tavern located right on the beach.
